I’m so blessed to call him my husband!

Tom’s idea of the perfect Father’s Day is chilling and grilling (with a cold Michelob ULTRA, of course!) on Sea Y’all, our boat in San Diego.
This ULTRA Dad is happiest when he’s on the boat. He arrives on the weekends, and all his stress MELTS away!
We cruise around the bay, visit the Little Italy Farmers Market, work on never-ending boat projects, and hang out with all our marina friends. We frequently gather with our yachty neighbors for yummy meals and an ice-cold beer.
I’m the one that always brings something on the healthier side!

While Tom loves his share of burgers, chips, and chocolate, he lives a life of balance and works hard to stay fit. I help him do that by making sure he gets plenty of fruits and veggies and by choosing products like Michelob ULTRA when I’m at the market.

Celebrating the ULTRA Dad on Father’s Day!
We’ll be celebrating Father’s Day with ULTRA Dad Tom Tabler in sunny San Diego, and I can’t wait!

- 3 cups curly kale
- 1 cup purple cabbage
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1/4 dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 3 TBS sunflower seeds
- 1 cup edamame
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 6 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- salt and pepper
- Chop the kale, cabbage, onion, and avocado.
- Massage 1 TBS olive oil into the kale and set aside for 30 minutes. (This makes kale super yummy!)
- Combine all the salad ingredients.
- Place all vinaigrette ingredients in blender or Nutribullet and blend for 30 seconds.
- Toss vinaigrette (using more or less to taste) with chopped salad.
