Y’all… this holiday crostini recipe is SO easy and SO delicious! I’ve made and served it twice in the past two weeks when I needed to pull together a quick holiday appetizer here on the boat.

Ask the bakery department at your grocery store to slice a loaf of french bread into crostini slices… they have a machine that cuts quickly and evenly!

Once you’ve got all your ingredients in hand, you can serve within 30 minutes after you begin to prepare it. In addition to the Cran-Peño preserves, brie, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze, the mint and walnuts add so much texture and flavor. Instead of preparing homemade balsamic glaze, I used a Trader Joe’s Glaze that works perfectly in this recipe.

Yes, I plan to keep these ingredients stocked during the holidays for a quick but impressive appetizer. Note, if you pre-make your crostini, toast it for a few minutes to bring its crunch back!

Enjoy!
